Went and googled it and everything! The one you gave me didn't make it. Just get a few different types of papaya and save seeds for planting around October, winter approaching not the best climate to plant out now. I need to find ones I like (only save seeds after eating a good one). October... Sigh ok I can wait. Is the one in the photo the same as the one in the crime scene? Yep! we do eat green papaya but these ones best not to touch. viewtopic.php?f=31&t=81624 Re: KDR Sekisui House - St George 92Mar 20, 2016 6:42 am Bummer about the damage. We got our guys to repair the damage they did to the timber fence but I don't think colorbond fences are covered Btw your block looks huge in the photo. Mainly due to the neighbouring building. We got our guys to repair the damage they did to the timber fence but I don't think colorbond fences are covered Btw your block looks huge in the photo. Mainly due to the neighbouring building. This is why I didn't wanted a new fence two years ago. For sure there will be more damages coming as the building continues . viewtopic.php?=31&t=81624 Re: KDR Sekisui House - St George 94Mar 21, 2016 6:38 am Exciting times, but I can see how it is also sad. I think I will definitely feel the same way, as we have lived in our little house for 11 years, and it is the only house our two children have known! We are just about to get quotes for our demolition, which is in the Hurstville council area. Have you found your demolition company to be good, and if so, are you able to give the company name on this forum? Thanks! Re: KDR Sekisui House - St George 95Mar 21, 2016 8:14 am Hello Joneses, nice to hear from you. Our family were very ready to leave, this house was our second house with intention of KDR, so the house has no proper insulation which means winter were extremely cold and summer scorching hot. The previous owner built the house and the extension as well. We were the first people to buy from original owners. The collections of plants at the backyard were amazing. There were plants I have not seen before so always excited to discover when plants started to flower. Yes I will PM you ref demolition company info. viewtopic.php?=31&t=81624 Re: KDR Sekisui House - St George 98Apr 11, 2016 9:42 am We now have a big setback with our build. The council has requested further calculations for the stormwater easement from our Hydraulics Engineer for storm water easement before approving CC. Currently the pipes are 150mm and he is stating that should be 250mm. We don't wants to go back to our neighbours saying we are going to dig up their garden and relaid a new pipe. We would like to put in a storm water detention system with in our land. Now we are waiting for Hydraulics Engineer to come back with some solutions. How long do we wait again as every one knows our council take a long time for DA approval. This is causing extreme heartache .... Should we sale our land and start looking into houses for sale around St George area. Re: KDR Sekisui House - St George 99Apr 11, 2016 10:54 am Oh no, sorry to hear that.
Your hydraulics engineer must have done the calculations already and should have a justification that 150mm is sufficient. Council just can't say 250 if 150 is sufficient and in accordance with bca requirements, which your hydraulics engineer should already know prior to his design and should have taken into consideration. I would wait what your engineer will say. Re: KDR Sekisui House - St George 100Apr 11, 2016 4:35 pm That's terrible news, and definitely a stress that you don't need. Haven't council already approved the development? Are they allowed to just make these sort of statements and requirements part-way through? I hope it all works out for you. The biggest challenge will be if you take out a loan and then run out of money - you'll have an incomplete security and lenders do not like this so you can get stuck.… 2 20084 Hi, I am looking into doing a KDR in Melbourne and am contemplating using Kialla Homes. I am looking for feedback on them from others who have built with them. 0 14237 |
