Sure was Tam-used leftover chili con carne from the other night with a sprinkling of cheese, sandwiched between a couple of wholegrain tortillas. Cooked in the sandwich press until crispy. Dead easy when you get home late! I'll be at work from 12 til 6-15 this arvo, so won't get home until 6-45-so I've already cooked up a tomato, zucchini & onion dish to have with sweetcorn and new potatoes...all homegrown!
