I tried a yeast free pizza base recipe for the first time ( SR flour & buttermilk) and it came up a treat! Jamie Oliver also does a great yeast free pizza. We cook it all the time. Its a combination of starting the cooking process in a fry pay on the stove while your building the pizza and then transfering the pan into the oven to finish it off. Very very easy! Sure was Tam-used leftover chili con carne from the other night with a sprinkling of cheese, sandwiched between a couple of wholegrain tortillas. Cooked in the sandwich press until crispy. Dead easy when you get home late!
