Have a good light over or beside the mirrors for makeup/shaving, and a ceiling light. Fluoros are often considered best for makeup, but it is nice to have a softer, warmer light if you like to relax in the bathroom as well. Lots of people nowadays are also adding a feature light such as a chandelier or contemporary pendant, especially if you have a feature you want to draw attention to, like a free-standing bath.
