St George comes up well on this rating. I like the fact you can pause repayments for any job issues and that appeals to me.
Anyone had expereince with this Bank home loans?

I used this to purchase 2 properties (mistake with cross col but that's another story). The thing I like is you deal with one person. I just go in and say I've bought another property. She adds it to the list and says OK done. Then the paperwork arrives a few days later for the new loan. Can't do much better than that. Re: st George 15Apr 13, 2010 9:16 pm Although my home loan is elsewhere at the moment, we did have a line of credit on an investment property with Gateway Credit Union. We found them great. As they have no shopfront, everything is done over the phone and on line, but their rates are good and service was efficient. Re: st George 17Apr 23, 2010 8:40 am Just remember, these websites are paid by the banks and insurance companies to compare there products. All major banks have that repayment pause, and if its not listed as a feature you can just apply direct.... The rudd government has made sure that the banks offer this facility Re: st George 18May 16, 2010 2:53 pm elastic Just remember, these websites are paid by the banks and insurance companies to compare there products. Yes well said. I made this point before, they ARE advertising sites. I would read their terms and conditions as well as disclosures with a magnifying glass. |
