I was actually thinking of a two tone tile, we have two little dogs that have free run of the house (inside & out), & thought their paw prints might not show as much. I dont want gloss tiles, I think theres enough shinny surfaces with the cupboards & slashback . I read on another thread that porcelin tiles can sometimes have a dust-like effect if they havent been made correctly and this is not always seen until after they are laid.
