My suggestion is go and talk to the builder and ask them any questions you have. Going to another builder could take many months and $$$ if you have signed all the contracts Hi there i am getting 28course which is 2.45m I believe, Re: Need advicesssss 8Oct 03, 2018 2:16 pm Hillsbuilds 2.4m is standard, any higher would be extra cost I believe. Do you have a very tall family? So to get the extra ceiling height but at the same budget is unlikely. Because not only will the ceiling height change, but also the doors and windows probably. And wouldn’t you have to go through council again even if you change builders? I assume the height of you roof will change too. I’m not sure what 25c garage means. Hi there As I said most all the builder will provide you 2.4meter ceiling height around the house and they ill give you 2.7meter in living area I guess, but my house has 2.4 meter all over the house which is not good right?!
