We have a flora and fauna problem that conflicts with the BAL. We need to build a house on peirs so fauna can still pass through our block. They say we cannot do concrete slab as we will disturb the enviroment. As a house on peirs has to have a protected cover around it ..... Does any one know how to build on peirs and still have the BAL requirement Meaning what type material for the peirs and under floor.
