Council will take ages to replace the bin. Re: Anyone Building at One Minto? 597Mar 27, 2015 11:03 am The thing is when I called them I told them specifically to take a new bin with them when the guys will go to the area for the clean up. Wonder why it's so hard to do and takes so much time. Re: Anyone Building at One Minto? 598Mar 27, 2015 12:25 pm shaheenrs I think you can also have your 88b instrument from title search using LPI official site, which may cost you around $12... 88B Instrument:The 88B Instrument is a document under Sec 88B of the Conveyancing Act 1919 (NSW). The 88B Instrument sets out the terms of any easements, restrictions or positive covenants in relation to land use. Should your property be affected by an easement, right of carriageway or covenant, council will consider the requirements specified within the 88B Instrument as part of the assessment of your application. To minimise any delays in this regard, it’s important that you’re aware of any restrictions that may affect your lot. Details of an 88B Instrument affecting your property can be determined by means of a title search by your solicitor or conveyancer when purchasing the property. The title search will identify which deposited plan will have details of any 88B Instrument. Deposited plans are registered with NSW Land and Property Information. I checked their site and could not find 88 instrument. I could do title search only. Sample of that does not show that number either. Does anyone know the link where I could buy it? Sorry if missed some simple thing. Edit: Got it. It was in plan image and after putting your DP no., it ask you to have plan image or 88b. Purchased it.
