Our Lindeman 28 - Hand over end of may

Well we have been in for a week as of yesterday and are absolutely loving it! We have achieved a fair bit since moving in and have a lot more still to do! The h o m e letters were a gift from Mtrcon at settlement so we have no idea where they got it!

So far major stuff we have done:
- paint entry feature wall and also tv feature wall

- wall mounted 70" tv in lounge and 42" in bedroom

Added power points and lighting (mate is a sparky)

We have had our blinds installed and also all appliances are in.

Every good story has a few problems.
- Oven has made some weird clunking noise from day 1. They sent out a tech and he fixed it but he didn't so they are sending someone back out on Monday.

- ensuite toilet bubbles when the shower is going. I would say the air vent has dirt in it or something so they will need to fix this once we can get a hold of maintenance!

In the new few weeks we will have our decking done and meurbau gates up. The land scaping consultant is meeting us next week too.
