Frames hopefully delivered today which is what i was told Building the Bronte Executive with MJH Latest News: Slab down, frames were to be delivered 30/5 http://escape2country.blogspot.com// Re: McDonald Jones Homes - The new thread 2139May 28, 2012 3:53 pm work finally commenced last week on wednesday after 7 months and we have had our peiring done today. if the weather remains good we should have a slab by friday / early next week! we had an allowance of 80l/mtrs and we were under by about 9l/mtrs. so its good to get a small credit there. also just a heads up, to people building in estates etc. when we got our tender done our neighbours were in the middle of building. being such a drawn out process they have since finished building and have errected the fences between our blocks. we contacted MJH and asked them to review the costing of the temporary fencing since we did not need as much, and we got a credit for this also. just fyi for those looking to get a bit of $$$$ back for your build. every $ counts!
