I was wondering if the licac tap was connected to the houses that are now inhabited because when we purchased the land it wasn't ready for use I believe. Hubby wants to get a rain water tank anyway (we have a big block) as he reckons we'll have to pay for what lilac water we use. I agree that lilac is a good idea especially being plumbed to the loo - the tank will probably be mostly for the garden. https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=43937&start=0 Bought a block in Golden Grove - Jan 2011 Finally finished our design, Mar 2012, *yay* Signed with ADH council consent June 12 Re: Building at Golden Grove - The Settlement 20Mar 21, 2011 9:52 pm posss Hi Captain Morgan, We are hoping Fairmont have a good idea about the block since they have soil tested every one of them, we have now been told $20,000 for footings and an additional $12,500 for splitting the block. The large man made mountain im sure will be used to fill stage 6, not sure we would get better land in that stage. Hi Jessie, We have read most of your thread, you have built a very nice house. Do you have any lessons learned from building with Fairmont? Do you recommend having a building inspector? Cheers Michael and Kylie This is the same Jessie, i had to temp make another account as someone hacked into this account and my hotmail. Honestly..... no dodgies were done. Our sales consultant gave us very accurate price guidings. Only tip, which would be with any builder is make sure you are 100% happy before signing this is plans and selections. We got charged a variation fee (although they reduced it) as we changed the colour mortar. But honestly we had a real estate agent come around and he was gobsmacked with the qulity of the home. We had great tradies The SS in Golden Grove is great. May sound a bit short on the phone but he does get stuff done I would recommend them to anyone Hey guys building a new place through a volume builder and just wondering if i should complain to the site supervisor as we just had plasterboard installed. Looks like… 0 11919 Elvis has left the building... The site supervisor quit after 2 month on the project. I guess he was just instructed to bark at people, but didn't like when he was… 26 21805 |
