It's pretty close to Menai when you think about it, maybe 10 or 15 mins so you're not far. We haven't even started yet - I am getting frustrated (but as I said, trying to concentrate on the outcome). I am hoping to START next month, but who knows..... I would say if they're saying land will be settled Feb 2011, then you will probably be in your house by Christmas 2011.... Can you wait that long??? I am hoping to be in by this Christmas, but i'm doubting it now.. We will be going to the sales office on Sunday to see what land is left.. I think I have annoyed the Sales person too much so had better grab a block before they go up. We have waited 11 years to buy our first home so a few more yrs will be fine - can save some more for all the exculsions!
