It’s just the wrap & not the actual color for the hebel !! we are going with a 2-tone brown shades for the hebel. I know! I was trying to be funny. Metricon do do a nice job of wrapping their homes so well done. It makes a big difference to the final build. Re: Building with Metricon – Vantage 44 + Granny - in West P 30May 23, 2023 5:37 am ponzutwo Ashington Homes It makes a big difference to the final build. it would if the rest of their workmanship followed suit I know, I know! I was trying hard not be a hater and find something positive to say. While I am on the topic though, has any one else noticed that Metricon builds seem to be going slow at the moment? I have two near my house that I am keeping an eye on that are taking a while. I should't hate as I have a couple going painfully slowly as well at the moment. One my fault, one the client's fault. But if anyone wants to hear how I lost $100,000 a couple of weeks ago, let me know and I will write a cautionary blog. I could be way off base, but based on the stories in the metricon disappointed homeowner fb page, they appear to be getting more delayed and pooer outcome sthan a while ago. Seems like they are struggling too. Ashington Homes But if anyone wants to hear how I lost $100,000 a couple of weeks ago, let me know and I will write a cautionary blog. They've done half of the downstairs cladding and electrical rough-in, which is where they were at maybe 6 weeks ago. I'd say it took them about 9 months to get from slab to this stage as well.
