Please share ideas I didn't go ahead as I assumed the alfresco concrete slab of the actual house slab but it turned out to be not the case. Re: Converting alfresco to a bedroom / study room 14Oct 06, 2021 1:28 pm The main problem with alfresco slabs is they generally don't include a Water Proof Membrane (WPM) One way to solve that issue is to put down a WPM on top and pour a 85mm slab over.
