Hahhahahha not quite, it's a awkward angle to take a photo on with the slope. Once the pad is cut you will see what I mean. Back of the pad will be around 1.5m high. Soil report will come back as a low E. We went with a house and land package (byo land ) with upfront fixed priced site costs. Can't wait to see your plan and colours Hello CB, I can have them if I want as National tiles can just order them in, mind you I won't get the same price  . I don't think I'm going to use them as I'm going for a different look, Just trying to figure out what that is . Very god damn antsy we have been dealing with builders for so long and gotten no where. Not sure when the plans are due back or the preliminary tender. Won't be long though if they are getting everything sorted with soil testing and surveyors. I have a colour walk through next Saturday at Robina so I can prepare everything. I'll be doing colours, tile and electrical appointments alone so I'm gathering as much info as I can now so Mr T can help me preselect So pleased to see so much happening at your place too. The siting plan is done and our first draft is sorted  . I had my first pre colours appointment at Robina on Saturday which was great. We have started filling out our selections booklet with our choices yay!!! PC is due Monday the 21st and we will be off to colours hopefully the following week 🤞. I'll start a new thread once our choices are locked in. Here is our siting plan. I picked the tiles on Saturday and Mr T had a wobbly so I had to re pick them . Our damn soil report came back as a H2 yet our Neighbour is a E. slightly random but ok. Hello CoralLake, My goodness the shop is beautiful, they have a seriously amazing amount of mirrors. The shop is at Windsor just outside Brisbane CBD I went last weekend and had to restrain myself Here is there website http://www.reflectmirrors.com.au Pretty sure they ship Aus wide and there prices are so good, the same size mirror I brought was over $2k at other stores. Your WIR would look incredible with a big statement mirror. I found the wall paper I want to go with the mirror too but my budget wasn't impressed with the price. That also means future things like shed etc could be cheaper Lmao Mr T sounds like my hubby Cant wait to see everything |
