I know exactly where you're coming from but PD will alter the layout on some plans eg. Our Francis 29 will have the alfresco where the rumpus room is shown on the plans right at the back corner of the house. Check out BOUTIQUE HOMES......... www.boutiquehomes.com.au They have 2 homes that might suit your needs and under $160K The houses are The Resort 2600 and Lattitude 2400 They have 4 bedrooms, bathroom with seperate toilet, two living areas and outdoor living area under the main roof. The elevation you see is what you get. Can't win! A thankful person is a happy person. [/color]My hobby design blog: http://aviewondesign.blogspot.com/ 2 6580 How much are you ahead in payments compared to where the build is at?
