We finally got the slab in today after 7 days of delays due to rain. 17/07/2016-Deposit Paid 25/07/2016-Selection walk through 28/07/2016-Contour Survey completed 08/08/2016-Soil test completed 11/08/2016-Consolidated Tender Issued 12/08/2016-Consolidated Tender accepted 15/09/2016-Plan Drawings Appointment 06/10/2016- Mychoice selection appointment 11/11/2016- Contract Signed 23/11/2016- electrical appointment 09/01/2017- DA approved 27/01/2017- Construction Certificate issued 06/03/2017- Site excavation started 20/03/2017- Slab completed 31/03/2017- Framing Commenced 14/04/2017- Framing Completed 28/04/2017- Walls commenced (Hebel) 04/05/2017- Ground level walls completed 24/05/2017- Hebel complete 05/06/2017-Roof complete 13/06/2017-Render started 23/06/2017-Render completed 13/07/2017-Rough in completed (electrical wiring and AC installed) 17/07/207-Pre lining inspection 19/07/2017-Gyprock started 28/07/2017-Gyprock completed 04/08/2017-Lockup stage (external doors and garage roller door installed) Re: Building with mojo homes 11Mar 21, 2017 8:31 pm you did your deposit a whole month after us and you've got your slab down way before us!! Pretty normal timeline! . our cc is due anyday now! a good 5 weeks from CC to soil turning over from your post.... Post up some pictures!!! But your ceiling height may very well be 2700 Plus the 172mm setdown! So 2.82! Good for storage Yes, u r right. 2125 is the entry clearance. 2700 is our ground level roof and after the 172 set down the garadge height is 2802. Re: Building with mojo homes 19Apr 22, 2017 9:08 am Thats awesone. Alot of the time builders just put the ceiling at 2.7 cause "thats what it says in the contract" even though its more work.. Our last place was 3.2 cause we had a setdown in the garage. Storage kingdom!!
