Coral dude has just had hand over so that must be why. I can find out who is fencer was if you fancy It was Pride Fencescapes. They also did most of the fencing in Stone Creek estate. My friend used them and they were very reasonably priced also. Everything is moving along quite nicely at the moment although there are also quite a number of defects that will need to be taken care of. Exterior Temp fencing has all been taken down and yard cleaned up. Exterior still has to be painted. Doesn't look much in the photo's but we cut quite a bit of earth away from the back retaining wall to make the yard more usable. Will cut more out by hand after handover and concrete the lower half to cover areas that have no concrete sleepers. NO.. we are NOT getting them to do our driveway. They would be far too expensive lol. I have a few friends that are concretors so we will get it done ourselves. I did have it lined up to be done this coming week but... as is always the way.. other jobs have come up and now it looks like we will have to wait. Oh well.. not what I wanted but We'll manage I guess. Yeah we will probably turf it all. After we move in I will be getting in a couple loads of topsoil, shaping it for correct fall to drains and road, then turfing it. Will have to do the back in 2 halves. Fence one section off, turf it and let it take hold. Then I can let our dog into that section while I do the second half. Still a few little issues they need to take care of and 1 or 2 rather large issues but the assure me these will be done on a priority over the next week or two. Not sure about the final clean, I think we will have to clean it again haha. And Murphy's Law... Driveway was meant to be dug out and boxed today ready to pour tomorrow... bloody rain almost all day now we have a mud pit.
