But instead.. It's half over the cupboard and half over the draws

02/03/2016 - Ceilings done, Doors primed and first coat done on walls. OH.. And our Garage Door is going on!!!

They were just doing the top panel with the windows when I arrived. Will get finished pics later.

Black Doors!!!!
This is just a primer at the moment. Painter has to go over them and do some minor repairs then paint in Gloss.

Love the Windows to your garage door, I popped past on Monday when I went to masters (yes I know I should be banned from that shop) it looks great from the street and you have a really good space from next door too.

I finally figured out what you meant about the new display homes too, the facades on the Clarendon ones are amazing. Did you see how many Metricon are building in there??? No wonder they have put there prices up so damn high.

LOVE the black doors, they will be sensational when finished. Sounds like your painting is going well too.

I can't remember if the one on the other corner with the skillion roof is fully rendered or not.

I'm pretty sure there is a Sheridan on display at yarrabilba that has face brick.

I'll snap a pic of the other one next time I'm going to masters. The facade is the Malibu it's very fancy. I asked the lady over the road who built a Sheridan and she can't remember if it is face brick at yarrabilba but she did say it's a Oxford facade.

Are you talking about new displays? or ANY display?
I cant actually recall seeing any clarendon display that was left with face brick. They are all rendered or covered with some form of material.
The new designs have been created to remove most, if not all bricks from the build.
Apparently it is getting harder and harder (and more expensive because of this) to get quality brick layers. Most brickie gangs are booked for weeks on end. So Clarendon have decided to remove that headache from the equation. Makes for some nice designs.. but will also end up being very "common" as everything will be rendered.

There is a sign on a fence where we are for a landscaper that does fencing, come have a look at the fence and get his number, the coral dude that used him said he was good. Huntington Rise Maudsland

Poor bugger is in a bad way which isn't great. I hope he recovers too, he is a good concreter.

Ohhh damn about the car getting fixed, that means $$$

. Yeap come for a look, past the sales office and follow the road up to the right, down the hill from the top it's a single story coral house with only a driveway in no turf. Next door to a all brick double.

Thanks Roo. I was looking for any Clarendon display in Queensland.

Had some kind of good news today - it looks like Clarendon will engage another bricklayer now to fix bricks as original hasn't in a timely manner. (3 months on when the issue was first raised).

Have you got a handover date yet? Your build is motoring along.

It was Pride Fencescapes. They also did most of the fencing in Stone Creek estate. My friend used them and they were very reasonably priced also.
