We are building Glendale 42 LE which is slightly different to standard. Some of the changes that we have made... 2.55 ceilings to lower floor Widened garage by 1m Extended alfresco to edge of house and 1 meter out back Extended back of kitchen bench to be same as standard plan 1200 pivot entry door Timber handrail and bottom two treads and stainless steel balustrade Cavity slider to kitchen Upgraded sliding door to stacker door to alfresco Increased size of family room window Under stair storage Zoned heating Evaporative cooling Changed ensuite layout to be same as standard Cavity sliders to ensuite Extended bathroom vanity Removed robe doors from WIR so we can fit it out properly later. Potentially adding on rear garage roller if we have room Home complete package including flooring/blinds/driveway/stone to kitchen and 1m overhead cupboards to each side of range hood (which we extended all the way) and 900mm appliances I'm sure there is more but that's all I can think of right now! Thinking of possibly upgrading brick to the front to cat 4 moonshadow, not sure if going ahead with render on pillars and around garage. It's $4k, might get it done post handover?
