Then I came across the concept of 'flush mount', ie. drop-in but flush with the counter so you can just wipe straight across. Flush mount seemed to offer the best of both worlds (unless you're hell bent on the cosmetics of undermount), however my kitchen company don't have a machine to do flush mount. Black sink - how is it going for 'keeping clean', I looked closely at a black sinks, they look very striking in a white benchtop, and would have matched our induction, but 'keeping clean' was my fear.
