Browse Forums Building A New House Building the Bellevue Q1 with Henley 29Sep 03, 2015 11:42 pm Omg its been ages I havent updated my thread is because we were having some issues with bank and Henley was delaying a lot of things as well! So we have had our contract appointment back in 22/6/15 then the month of July and August basically involved Henley fixing the issues in the contract and drawing. And then getting the planning permit! We had few hiccups with the bank as well but its all fixed now thank god! Finally finished the administration stages and we've finally been allocated a site supervisor yahoo!! We went on site today and saw that the site cut has happened. Hopefully, things will go smoother from here on from us. We did what you did and changed the layout of the kitchen and got a window splashback too! We just signed our contract last week. At similar stage, seems like all builders these days try to make some hidden money from site costs. Will know more as it proceeds.
