Browse Forums Building A New House Re: The Gables in Box Hill 150Aug 24, 2015 4:52 pm I was also able to get another priority number for a relative. This time there was a lot less ppl than the first, but was a smaller release. One guy got kicked out of the line because he had been stalking staff coming in and out of the gables office. Jason confronted him and caused quite a scene. The things people will do for lots. Re: The Gables in Box Hill 151Aug 24, 2015 4:59 pm Awesome...good on you guys for getting a good number. I think on this occasion as this second release was probably already setup before the the 1.1 and 1.2 releases they probably couldn't do the price rise changes. If they say they will increase the price then I guess they might. When you say a lot less people were there how many do you say there were? Re: The Gables in Box Hill 152Aug 24, 2015 5:10 pm Takes me about 5 mins to get there from work. Last time I was 74, when I got there this time I was 28. They filled out the 120 quota quick still but I didn't see the line build up as I left straight away. I think less ppl showed up coz everyone knows the price now. Re: The Gables in Box Hill 153Aug 24, 2015 6:54 pm Did anyone manage to see the Gables report on 9 news tv? Apparently it played the other day. I didn't get to see it. Re: The Gables in Box Hill 154Aug 24, 2015 7:04 pm I saw it on TV the other day. They covered it a little along with Mt Druitt apartment development. They showed the twon centre plan and it looks really good. Re: The Gables in Box Hill 155Aug 24, 2015 7:05 pm Anyone else get priority numbers today? Rumun? You seem rather quiet...lol Re: The Gables in Box Hill 156Aug 25, 2015 6:57 am Gables I was busy with few other things. I am not interested about Gables price mate. seems really high to me mate. cant effort it you know everybody got budget. however I was in the auction and people were crazy beating the small land rather then the big land not sure why? to me big land is much cheaper than the small land. 450sqm land is good but I don't know, if you make big house you may ended up very small backyard. So Kids wont be happy but I guess its individual choice. but to me I will prefer to buy the big land rather then the small one
Re: The Gables in Box Hill 157Aug 25, 2015 7:04 am there is 8 land they couldn't sold in auction and Management were offering cheaper price after auction. So I guess they price wont go up for sure, and if they do Gables will have lots of land left over. Everyone - before buy the land please think do you really want to invest when there is no infrastructure work start yet? this is 10 years project do you think property market will be like this in then. Anyway if you guys want to invest go for it. your money your choice. but I am not going. Re: The Gables in Box Hill 158Aug 25, 2015 10:40 am Thanks Rumm its always good to hear your views.. Mates, was following this property in Ponds.. its just 4.3 KM future Rousehill town centre or future train station http://www.realestate.com.au/property-h ... -120274305 Isn't it cheaper at the moment than Box hill, and Ponds is an established suburb?? So confused.... To Buy or Not to Buy.... ??... As i have just started to look out (1 month back).. insights from veterans would be appreciated Re: The Gables in Box Hill 159Aug 25, 2015 10:51 am @Ofcourse: It would have been a good buy considering that land at The Ponds is now fetching at $1300 per sqm. Howeve I noticed that it has been sold yesterday. Note that The Ponds has been tagged as the 'Most Advantaged Suburb'.
