Hope everything goes smooth as planned. I highly suggest and recommend that you keep a record of anything and everything. Really smart to involve a building inspector. We are building with M3 Residential and its a real nightmare. Our slab was poured in december and Brick work is still going. On top of that we have heaps of issues. We are building not far from you.
