Why the sad face or is that a typo? It's looking good! You are way ahead of me now! How long before you think you will move in? Have you paid the fix out bill yet? I have a question for you... That's a bit tricky. How many millmeters is your bulk head above your kitchen cabinets to the ceiling? It doesn't look that big.... Hope your build continues to speed by! That's a bit tricky. How many millmeters is your bulk head above your kitchen cabinets to the ceiling? It doesn't look that big.... Or other words how high is your ground floor?? Our bulk heads are massive in the laundry given we raised the ceiling to 2.7m .. wish we didnt have bulk heads i could have used it for storage space Also your front door is to dye for.. I wanted this but couldnt justify the 2K upgrade Here we are again bombing someone else thread! What size are your bulkheads Mentone? kitchen and laundry? Mine are 400mm. Which is bigger than the display. We walk through the display during the week and realised they have a drop down ceiling along the wall of the kitchen with range hood, oven and overhead cupboards reducing the size of the bulkhead. It looks a dam lot better, and just a little annoyed considering how much money was spent on the kitchen it was suggested to us at some point that we should do the same. Hope your build is also going fine Hi mentone the front door is amazing, it will be black in colour once stained, in terms of upgrade i know its expensive but it sets off the house plus its a "dream'' house with nightmare prices hahaha Due to having a double door as the entrance thats why i went with that design, i actually chose the horizontal glass design but they ended up putting the vertical which actually ended up looking just as good. Fix out just waiting for the invoice sometime next week Re: Burbank Home in Eynesbury 74Jul 27, 2014 12:43 am Hi All just an update fixing invoice received, Tiles, lights, balcony and garage door installed Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Re: Burbank Home in Eynesbury 75Jul 28, 2014 12:19 pm Looking good there Dosai22 Your floor tiles look very similar to mine, what the name of them? Hope your build is also going fine Yap as we also have a 150mm drop celing in our kitchen, hence bulkheads also doesnt look as high but the ones in the Laundry look huge and ugly specially as we have 2700 high celings.. (the higher the celing are, the large the bulk heads as the overhead cabinet I belive are set at a standard height ) Burbank Custom DS 23/01 Slab 14/02 Frame 15/04 Lockup 13/06 Fixing 02/09 PCI 11/09 Settlement My Build:viewtopic.php?f=31&t=68855 Blog:http://ourmentone3850.blogspot.com.au Re: Burbank Home in Eynesbury 78Jul 29, 2014 7:05 am Hi all Just some more pics from Monday 28th July Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Hope all builds are coming along Re: Burbank Home in Eynesbury 79Jul 29, 2014 8:42 pm OMG !!!
