Or to the raw timber plank which need be layed/sand/polish/oiled? As I know , the real solid timber floor - later option will be around 130/Sqm We got a 1 year old who likes smashing floor. So do not mind laminate. the atesan range looks / feel really like real timber but without any maintainence required for real timber. Also we like the 190mm wide board , it could be better if it is longer so less joints.
