What a quick efficient build Re: Byford Central-M3 Residential- HANDOVER Booked!! 129Dec 16, 2015 4:23 pm Sooooo.. Slight mess up on the handover date, they booked it for tomorrow instead of today.... I have already booked time off work today and tomorrow and booked a moving van... AND the gas isnt connected yet..... just drop that in last minute!! So Im picking up the keys from their office this arvo, and still moving my stuff tomorrow, but there will be no hot water or stove I rang Adco myself and they advised that authority for pulling up pavers was given to them 1.5hrs ago... and that it will be connected up to 5 working days from now. And then M3 need to arrange for the plumber to connect the hot water to gas? FFS!! A few issues I've also picked up since being in the house, nothing too major apart from the garage door has fallen off the frame ... Still unpacking, will put up photos when I'm done. Chrissie tree is up Flooring is by carpet court in cannington - speak to Frank - by far the best person I have had to deal with through the entire build. Tell him I sent you.
