Demolition Questions

Hi guys,

Have engaged a demo contractor to hopefully clear our land soon.

Tenants have just left but have left a heap of junk behind including oils, tires, cardboards, plastics, pot plants, clothing, luggage bags, etc. Everything under the sun seems to be there...nightmare.

Are these items something a demolition would charge to get rid of usually? Planning on booking a council pickup but they're pretty hopeless and it looks like there's a month backlog.

Any insights appreciated on how we can quickly clear the junk.

We had this happen to us last year and got charged a variation.

Try and give away as much as you can that is usable to charity otherwise if you are in Sydney I have a guy who has a truck and charges $850/load and I can give you his details.

Alternatively, get a skip and load it up
