Mine is starting this Friday (glad we didn't have to wait til Christmas/New Year!). Looks like the brickies shortage problem is being sorted across the industry at the moment. Re: Our Ben Trager build - BRICKIES! 214Nov 18, 2014 8:01 pm Stoked to have them so soon and before Christmas, can't wait to see what progress they've made on Saturday would love the upper slab before Christmas but I think that's asking for too much! Photo overload 216Nov 23, 2014 4:34 am Wow! Must have been an exciting visit to walk through the rooms. Quick work - makes me realise what I might be missing at our place. View is looking very promising. Insulation already delivered - they must have plenty of plans for your place before x-mas break. http://www.housebythewater.wordpress.com From blank block to new home in Mandurah, Western Australia. viewtopic.php?f=31&t=65564 Re: Our Ben Trager build - Walls! Photo overload 218Nov 23, 2014 11:02 am Insulation is for between the brickwork when they start the internal walls. I hoped maybe slight chance of upper slab before Christmas but as they aren't working every day I'm not sure now. Maybe! Photo overload 220Nov 23, 2014 11:42 am Yes! Tiny, so much so I wish I had brought a tape measure out so I would know it was right and was just my eyes playing tricks lol. It still does look small but not as bad, internal walls will help. The scullery looks much bigger now then it did just as a slab tho which was good :p can't wait till it's all done to get a better idea of room sizes Our build thread: https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=70984 "Losers" "humanity" "off time" "your" "top notch" "love symbol" Sounds like ponzo is done using other people's toilets 36 25173 Thank you so much everyone.
