Browse Forums General Discussion 1 Aug 06, 2025 5:08 am I am trying to re-attach some gutter that broke loose from a concrete wall when a branch hit it. This is what the brackets look like. They have a slotted hole that means they could be attached to the wall by hanging them from a screw. That would be one way to reattach. But it is not a screw, it is actually a nail that holds the metal bracket to the wall using the now missing plastic washer. But then in the future if a branch falls it will wreck the gutter instead of breaking loose as the plastic washer did. So my question is what are these plastic washers in the 2nd photo called so I can google and buy them. I have tried googling their description to no avail and looking all over Bunnings website. Suggest a 'roofing guttering' forum section if you run prelays and dosnt matter if you change something, youll just connect to the same prelays. That is, so long as you dont change the location of the entire room. 3 54086 Thx AnnewithM I will try to clean the hole thoroughly to see what type of screw been used and yes I was using torch because it is hard to see without it 5 52150 0 54938 |
