Augustine Heights - Valeco Build

After 11 painful months with Plantation Homes and having got to the final council approvals completed, we have chosen to walk away and engaged with Valeco,

Keep you posted
Yayyy! Welcome to team Valeco!

Excited to see your house come to life! <3
Thanks for the welcome Stacey and loving your thread/posts:-D

We are the final stages with Dean in altering the Horizon 28 with custom changes......So many options and we are kicking ourselves that we didnt rate Valeco sooner. Glad to be rid of Plantation and loving the process so far:)]

Keen to see how your polished concrete comes to fruition for you and we will post the final drawings and welcome any feedback/suggestion

Haha yeah, we're glad we came across Valeco so early. We didn't even really consider anyone else because we loved what they offered.

Ah, you and me both - super excited to see the concrete. I hope it's everything I dreamed of. haha.

Yes - can't wait to see your plans! <3
Have also just began with Valeco and so far they have been awesome to dea with. Tracey at Yarrabilba is amazing!

Hi Jay4Becs, any progress so far?

Slow progress with Valeco shutting down over Christmas. We are finalising our electrical, then onto colours before council submission. Hoping to get on site by the end of March early April at the latest. Hows your build progressing?

Good luck with colours, it’s the best part lol!
Hopefully sooner rather than later for you.

We received an update today and settlement on our land has been booked in for 2 weeks (eek!!!)
We have finalised everything with the bank and Valeco so, once council approved we’re ready to rock and roll lol.
Nice, Good luck
Any updates?
Fingers crossed you have started!
