Cost of building concrete elevated balcony

Hi There,

Along with building new house, I am thinking to add upgrade to build concrete elevated balcony.

The 2 sides of balconey will be fixed onto the exsiting walls.
Size is about 20 sqm.
No cover is needed.
It is off the ground for 2~3m

To save the cost , I am thinking of skipping floor finish ( just keep the raw concrete finish ) and do the balustrade later.

Does anyone have similar experience or know how much this will cost me ?
Has the house started to be built yet, or do you only have plans so far?
Is the house built the same way, ie. with concrete flooring?
If the house isn't built the same way, what is the reason for wanting concrete on just the balcony?
No yet. the balcony is elevated one. the space under it will be empty.

But the concrete base of main house will be fully filled.
