Raising the height

Hi team,

Need some advise on the below -


Background - Purchased the property few years back, where the previous owner had converted the garrage to a bedroom.

Structure- The bedroom is build on the timber pierece and on a raised floor. The flooring is an carpet floor

Issue - I am planning to apply for a BC to get an approval from the council. The issue is with the height of the property as it is 2.36. What is the recommended solution to raise the height in order get an BCA certificate'
