External wall stops short of top plate

Is this standard practice? Or are the builders going to return to finish the wall off?

As I'm curious as to;
- What data did they used to achieve 6 star rating?
- Can I ask to see the data used to generate the rating?
- Will they insulate the eavs if wall left as is?

What is the point of Hebels/Rendex insulation properties if it doesn't enclose the habital living areas?

Building two story homes in SA with Hebel/Rendex with timber frame on conc slab.

Thanks
That looks finished to me.
Your eave sheets will cover the rest of the area above the window, standard practice.
Yes the wall will be insulated from inside.

6 Star rating is achieved by software and Private Certifies normally do that, software generates BASIX report and thats your 6 star guideline what needs to be done on the house and what materials to use.
You should have a copy of that already.
Hi c4az57b,

Looks right to me also and it's good to see the tie-downs. Metal roof?

I'm guessing that three years down the track the OP probably isn't concerned any more
