Yes that's good advise bashworth. Will look into it. Simply so many things to look into to get the contract right. Joynz we just asked for higher ceiling height. Not sure if windows will be higher due to this. I will look into sticky thread.

Hey guys, Did you engage any building inspector to inspect your new build at each stage? Was it worth it all in all? Found any defects or non-compliance? Can you please recommend someone reasonable for Melbourne. Looked at one and finding prices are bit too steep. TIA.. Loveguru..

Charcoal/black coloured brickwork not in std inclusion??General Discussion

My builder told me that black or charcoal colour brickwork is not part of standard inclusion..I am thinking that is bit strange.. :roll: Anyone experienced this? I thought brickwork colour shouldn't really matter..does black or charcoal colour bricks costs more than other bricks??
