Mould. Thanks for the confirmation. I was second guessing it because I assumed mould wouldnt affect sealant :( Anyway, guess the only solution is to cut out all the sealant and source a good quality mould resistant sealant Thanks!

Strange dark areas in sealant near shower base?Bathrooms and Laundry

Hi all I re-did our bathroom 2 months ago, and after 2 months of use I've started to notice dark areas in the grey sealant I used at the bottom of the shower between the bottom of the tiles and the shower base (see photo) http://i51.tinypic.com/1zqc082.jpg Does anyone have any idea what this is?
