Now we have pricing from our plumber. Did any one add on extra water taps and gas bayonets? Do you thinks prices prices below are correct? 1. External water tap for garden $150 2. Internal Gas Bayonet $300 3. Internal water tap for fridge $130 4. Internal water outlet/tap for washing machine $130 5. Water sub meter for outdoor living $80 6. Water Main line tap for outdoor living $120 7. Gas mainline switch for outdoor living $160 Build Thread : viewtopic.php?f=31&t=81624 Landscape Thread : viewtopic.php?f=19&t=86133 High'ish, but not completely ridiculous. In some respects though, it doesn't matter if it's expensive or not. You just have to answer the following: 1) Could you get it done cheaper after the house is built (if you could even get some of them done at all). 2) Is it worth it for me? If the answer to (1) is No and the answer to (2) is Yes, then get them done Seksui KDR in Sydney (2015-2016) Links --> | H1 thread | Final plans | Timing of works updated 9/3/16 | Re: KDR Sekisui House - St George 437Feb 17, 2017 7:59 pm Fyi our extra outside taps were a bargain at $40 Re: KDR Sekisui House - St George 438Feb 17, 2017 8:07 pm Hey Shazaw I should start my own thread hey.... Good to know smeg is still used, they had those same 900mm smeg items & microwave for us. We had to change to a&l and Bristile too. No issue though it's the same profile - prestige. what brick supplier did you have selected? We had PGH, hoping we don't have to re-select as I think PGH is part of boral Upgrade prices seem to be have changed a little but like Clint said depends on your options. We paid 40 for external tap, 197 for external gas but 250 for additional washing machine tap Re: KDR Sekisui House - St George 439Feb 17, 2017 9:13 pm clintdb High'ish, but not completely ridiculous. If we leave these items to do later... for surer will never happen. Definitely extra gas bayonets must added in now as these items will not be easy to do later. 1. External water tap for garden $150 each - one near the Electric meter box at the front of the house next to study - one at alfresco - for vertical garden 2. Internal Gas Bayonet $300 each ( this one is on high $$) - one for ground floor study room, will be easier to heat these rooms without using air con during winter - one for first floor living room.....most likely I will be in this room a lot during winter 3. Internal - water tap for fridge $130 - don't have a fridge required tap now...may be later 4. Internal - water outlet/tap for washing machine $130 5. Water sub meter for outdoor living $80 6. Water Main line tap for outdoor living $120 7. Gas mainline switch for outdoor living $160 Now we have to do same for electrical..... recheck every room Build Thread : viewtopic.php?f=31&t=81624 Landscape Thread : viewtopic.php?f=19&t=86133 We were lucky in that our old house was so small (86 square metres) compared to the new house, they were able to take enough readings around the old backyard house before… 8 37150 The biggest challenge will be if you take out a loan and then run out of money - you'll have an incomplete security and lenders do not like this so you can get stuck.… 2 19112 Hi, I am looking into doing a KDR in Melbourne and am contemplating using Kialla Homes.
