Mostly I am happy with the standard selections, but the one thing I am struggling with is the told splashback in the kitchen. Does anyone have any pics of splashbacks that are not upgrades?I need inspiration! We upgraded to this splash back and it was roughly $450 for the tiles and Labour, we thought that price was good! Here is another angle, they centered the tiles and lined them up perfect as well Sorry to jump in on this also haha what colour are your bench tops? viewtopic.php?f=31&t=85653&p=1642230#p1642230[/quote] Ice snow or osprey haha, got one in the kitchen and the other in bathrooms but can never remember what's what! I actually fell in love with white shimmer of all colours, but it's not standard to coral I wish they would allow the colours that are standard in the caesarstone range! viewtopic.php?f=31&t=85653&p=1642230#p1642230 You should check your detail drawings, it may show downpipe within brick pier. 14 14121 Ask the council if there is a chance of getting build over easement exemption. Sometimes easements are unused and 24cm is not all that much. Good luck. And yes any builder… 2 13781 In Qld it is a requirement that a builder must have a cost breakdown, for building a home to the same specification, with the same inclusions and the same finish. So ask… 1 4356 |
