Very nice of Stocklands to do that Must be so nice up there at the moment! Are there many others building around you? Re: Building with Summit homes, pci and keys 84Jan 25, 2013 9:53 pm twiggens That's awesome!!! Very nice of Stocklands to do that Must be so nice up there at the moment! Are there many others building around you? There are a few just reached lock up with the next residents moving in late Feb, they told us there will be 32 houses completed by June. The landscaping package will be a big help as that's something we have not really thought about, we get the front done as part of the development so to have the back done is awesome. More to spend on goodies in the house, not to mention less stress about matching a graden to compliment your new home. Re: Building with Summit homes, moving in. 86Jan 31, 2013 10:15 pm Well the flooring has been installed and looks We went for spotted gum. Start moving in this weekend, a few minor things to finish but I trust our SS to get them done in the next week, we are without a hob as the hole in the bench top was cut too big! Has to all be pulled out. Have a landscaping appointment early sat morning as this was the only time we could all meet up, looking forward to the design concept as our package will include hard landscaping. On the down side, we won't have telephone, Internet or tv for some time It won't bother me too much but the DD will struggle, I will be far to busy sharing my time between new house, cleaning rental and working Re: Building with Summit homes, moving in. 88Feb 02, 2013 8:24 pm Congratulations! I hope the move's going well What a fantastic bonus that rear landscaping package is, you lucky things. How fabulous of the developers. I can't wait to see the spotted gum - love it, love it, love it (biased of course as it's what we're having!) Hubby been doing the garage stuff. Unpacking all the new things was lovely and I was so glad our colours all worked out well. We love the flooring, will take a pic for you tomorrow.
