I cant wait to hear and see your selections chelle xo Re: Our First Home with Redink in Baldivis 8Dec 02, 2012 12:50 am hello we have our prestart in Jan with redink too! getting the interior design consult to hopefully help us out mid December...have you had yours yet? not really sure what to expect but very excited Im pretty sure the ellenbrook and maybe even the southern river display are similar to your plan, enjoyed walking through them Re: Our First Home with Redink in Baldivis 9Dec 02, 2012 12:32 pm hi munchy, im another redinker. but we are right at the end of our build.redink have been brilliant the whole way thru. the only frustrating bit was the paperwork stage where it just felt like nothing was happening, but once that is done the actual construction flies along. our clo is great and always answers emails promptly, and our SS is just A1. [fortunately for us, he only lives 5 minutes from where we are and if there has been any concerns he is straight onto it.] our pad went down in july, and as i said, we are getting ready to move in in about 2 weeks. [but havent updated my thread for a while] we also built almost the exact sam plan, exept for our block, we have flipped it so the garage is on the left and our living looks out over the paddocks. we also did away with the alfresco area and closed it all in so our living area is bigger. you will have a great journey with Redink Re: Our First Home with Redink in Baldivis 10Dec 02, 2012 12:45 pm xxkatxx hello we have our prestart in Jan with redink too! getting the interior design consult to hopefully help us out mid December...have you had yours yet? not really sure what to expect but very excited Im pretty sure the ellenbrook and maybe even the southern river display are similar to your plan, enjoyed walking through them Not yet, we have our meeting with Rebecca the designer the weekend before Christmas and prestart 2nd week of January. We haven't been to the Ellenbrook one yet but we have been to the similar one in Bunbury. The Shiraz Display that has only recently closed was quite similar as well. Redink do make some nice display homes, If ours look even half as good we will be happy. We went to Homebase Expo and Imported Ceramics, if anyone is building with Redink then definitely make use of this service. Rebecca was fantastic and really helped us tie everything together even though we thought we had a good idea of what we wanted. Even if you don't have it as part of the package I would reccomend her services http://www.rebeccasheridan.com.au/ It is all getting very exciting now Now on with the selections...
