It is so crazy. I can't wait to simply build a cheapo investment property in the future. It is fairly coming along though. Ours has the back retaining and had a side retaining wall as at last weekend. The other side should be done by the next time we are there. Yours has asphalt on the road which is more than I can say for ours We have a street marked out and compacted but no asphalt yet. It is exciting to only be a couple of kms to the beach. I can't wait to walk the dogs down there - used to do it a few times a week when we were house sitting for the IL's in City Beach. Be even better once there are cafes and everything else they are planning. Re: New home in Trinity, cant wait to move in 13Oct 25, 2012 10:19 am Where is your block Smithieswife? We are in Helmsley Parkway, Lot 427 not far from the primary school site. I think they have different releases within each stage and they all title at different times. Perth Dream - Yes, I saw that too. We now have equity already! Not that the bank take that into account but still nice to know. The sales office staff were telling us they just can't keep up with demand at the moment. Good luck with your build and every process on the way, I look forward to following your build as we were looking into Trinity but ended up in Ellenbrook Will be doing a gate with paving and carport for 2 cars next to main bed with good size pool and the rest yard space for the little ones Love trinity as i like to be close to the beach. oure first rental in perth was 500m from scarborough main beach if it was not so small i will still be living there haha Hurry up and wait New home in Trinity, Building with Impressions 19Nov 20, 2012 1:14 pm Hi PD. How's everything going? I like your plan and the way the space is maximised on the block. Love the storage space and access off the garage too. Is that a store or pantry off the kitchen there? It's a good size. Is there no window on the dining wall adjacent to the slider? Re: New home in Trinity, Building with Impressions 20Dec 03, 2012 1:38 pm hi Thanks for the coments. off the kitchen is the walk in pantry for more starage space.will be fitted out with cabinets and counter like small scullery. the living and dining will be swapped around so Tv and stuf will go on that wall.too late to add hi light windows there dont want to walk thru living to go out side every time, the original plan had alfresco at the back. This all makes a lot of sense. I guess when you talk to a builder who butters up everything to look very polished, you get to start believing… 7 19601 Yeah I don't know why I came to a forum. Place is full of wierdos/pedos thought internet may help but I suppose I'll try my luck with someone in person. Cheers. I tried… 0 6791 Need advice on the backyard plan above. Should I excavate and cut all of the dirt to level with the house slab or semi-excavate as per photo above? Both left and right… 0 25384 |
