I am someone that appreciates it costs money to do things right, and also appreciates that it needs to meet within budget and be built for the purpose. EG we recently errected a large 4 bay garrage 6mx12m and were originally going to build it out of brick, but went with colourboand steel because it was "built for purpose" and the purpose was to store cars and stuff. - Not People. I think BV will have to sufferice, and I will have to compromise with timber floor trusses on the 2nd level to be realistic with our budget.
