Thanks Fu,
It took me aorund 11 hours to rotary hoe 165m2 of clay to a depth of around 100-150mm and add the new compost/soil/sand around 100-150mm thick. This was with a dingo rotary hoe. Some parts were that hard it was bouncing on the top for a bit before it finally broke into it. I also added zeolite at 1kg per m2, bactivate, seamungas There were partys of the ground that the clay was coming off like it was shaving it and i went over these a few times to try and break the clumps down. Some parts do still have some clay clumps that would not break down with the hoe they could have possibly been a bit wet than everywhere else. Should i remove the clumps ar will it be ok to leave them there.
I ended up runnin out of daylight so today i will be screeding it out to level it and the compacting. Ill then be spraying it with powerfeed. Im looking at laying tthe turf next saturday. It will have a week to sit there.
Should i apply mollases or anything else before i wait to turf?
Thanks
Steve
