I think this is the last hurdle to get over before I build? Is that right? Hi Shenny, congrats on ur valuation .. from memory once the loan is fully approved, you just have to forward the loan documents to your builder an you're all set !Awesome!! I have been holding my breathe for a while now with fingers crossed hoping that it would all go smoothly.. I just have to prove that I can complete the transaction with funds and prove the deposits I have already spent and I think that is all... ![]() Baldwin 27 PD Stage 7 Heartlands Tarneit Re: Heartlands Estate, Tarneit VIC 306Nov 23, 2011 10:47 pm Hi Every One, Congratulations to those who have started buliding. I am renting near by so I often go and have a look at the houses being built...Its all loooking good (Apart from the street lights) as other estates have better street lights as compared to heartlands. I wanted to know if any one is bulding in Stage 4. Stage 4 was expected to be settled in the month of Sept but now November is ending and it still hasnt settled..... If any one has a clue please let me know as it is very frustrating to wait...wait....wait and wait.... But yeah congratulations to those who have started to build. Re: Heartlands Estate, Tarneit VIC 311Nov 28, 2011 2:35 pm Hi all.. not sure if anyone else already noticed the folks living on the corner of Isabella way & Moorookyle Avenue with their kids playing on the street all the time.
Whenever we’ve been to the area on the weekends, the kids always seem to be on the roof top of the double storey house coming up on the corner of Moorookyle Avenue & Lamington Drive. Once saw the kids roaming around, going through the under-construction houses in the area with the eldest kid holding a golf club. Getting a bit worried here.. I had my site visit lastweek and our SS advised that one of our window was broken by bunch of 12-14yr olds and then also somehow managed to break into a nwighbouring double story house under construction. They damaged the roof of that house. Matter was reported to police. Our window has been replaced now and Simonds have become more cautious as they are building 7-8 houses in the heartlands. We noticed the house next door had a window broken too. I certainly hope the cops are patrolling too..Considering ours is nearly done I would hate to get held up because some vandals breaking in. Hopefully to cops have found out who they are and watching them. I noticed the kids on the corner a few times for a while but have noted they have not been out the last three times I was there on the weekend. I know I will be calling the cops if I see them on other peoples property. We have a security alarm now so I hope they set it off and it gets to annoy them while we are not there to turn it off LOL. HI Baronx, It is a worry, I think our best course of action is to call the police if we see that and hopefully that will deter them eventually.
