Couple of weeks back, I went to land and saw huge dirt (like mountain of soil) and pegs missing in the land. I told agent and vender to remove all dirt and need pegs to be in correct position before the settlement date. But it seems like there not going to do anything for that. What can I do? Any legal advice please..
