Which would have matched the council submitted plans Re: [SA] Building in Field River Estate, Trott Park 488Aug 09, 2011 5:11 pm This information would be great. I have no idea what will happen with ours as we will need to wait until next door has had their site cut (nothing seen yet). Also what happened to the beginning building within 12 months of purchasing the block? Re: [SA] Building in Field River Estate, Trott Park 489Aug 09, 2011 5:22 pm Our estate wasn't commence within 12 months. It was finish building within 12 months of commencement. In Field River Estate. It was commence building within 24 month of purchasing vacant lot. So you might still have another 12 months of waiting Newbuilder1 Re: [SA] Building in Field River Estate, Trott Park 490Aug 10, 2011 9:58 am oh ok, must have got my info crossed . great another 12 months! Our neighbours put their plans into council around the same time as us and from the marion website seems to have been approved but alas nothing has started. Re: [SA] Building in Field River Estate, Trott Park 491Aug 10, 2011 10:34 am Ohhh. Well you might not have to wait much longer Because your council approval only lasts 12 months before it will lapse and you need to re-apply. So they have 12 months from when ever the approval date was. I don't think you'll be waiting much longer. On another note - has everyone else noticed how fancy the show homes are?!?!? the front doors are very lah-dee-dah Re: [SA] Building in Field River Estate, Trott Park 492Aug 14, 2011 9:45 pm Think our blocks may have gone up in value already. I don't think this block would have been for sale at $200k when it was first released http://www.realestate.com.au/property-r ... rk-2880173 Re: [SA] Building in Field River Estate, Trott Park 494Aug 15, 2011 1:12 pm YAY Vortex, hope it all goes smoothly. 1stbuildFR, wow I dont think it was worth that much when 1st released. I think it'll sell fast Re: [SA] Building in Field River Estate, Trott Park 497Aug 16, 2011 8:31 pm Went past tonight, Garage has been painted and it looks like it's just minor touch ups needed now. Panel lift door and roller door were nowhere to be seen, though, I'm not sure if they've been taken down for painting or not. They're not inside the house, and nowhere to be seen. I doesn't make sense that they would take them off-site when they could be secured inside. If they've been nicked, then the thieves are very brazen, they were installed and tensioned - and 3m off the ground! Re: [SA] Building in Field River Estate, Trott Park 498Aug 17, 2011 10:20 am Thats no good, unless there was something wrong with them and they need to replace them? I hope they didnt get nicked. I was suprised our rubbish bin which was left on our front door step didnt get nicked. Re: [SA] Building in Field River Estate, Trott Park 500Aug 17, 2011 10:30 am Im sure it wont, If you desperatly want hand over they have to complete works after hand over in your specified time frame - we are waiting on some external painting to be fixed up but was delayed due to the weather. You'll have at least 1-2 weeks from PCI to handover, it wont take them that long to replace it. A lot of those Covenants are put in place at the time the Developers are still involved and marketing a certain look and they get ignored or expire after a time. If the… 1 2866 |
