Hey Westy,
Have finally made my way back over to the forum and will have to update my own thread. Your flooring looks awesome and so impressive knowing you are doing it yourself. The pain colours look great as well and I love the driveway look you are going for.
You still battling with your PCI list as well. We are just about over it and sick and tired of the problems and the "solutions" offered. Can you believe that the tiling is still not right. After the last time where half the floor was ripped up and I thought it was ok, the pooling started on the opposite side of the floor waste and the tiler himself said he thought it would happen and the only way to fix would be to install the channel grate (like we had thought we were getting orginally). But the builders have resorted to telling us they are only willing to have the tiles cut again on a angle to get the flow right. Our maintenance expires next month so we will be getting the inspector out again before we send our list in.

Hi Westy, wow your house is looking great! I haven't followed your whole build, but how you are finishing it off is wonderful. I saw in one of your pics you had a hills antenna installed - could you let me know an approx cost and what one it is? Trying to get some quotes sorted for a Hills antenna like that I think, and trying not to get charged too much!
I admire your work with the laminate - no way could I do that!

Re the antenna, I got Jim's Antenna's to do it. It was $400 but he was fast, helpful and a nice guy, and I am happy to pay for good service and advice. He told me that there are some companies around invoicing for Hills antennas but not actually installing them, so be careful who you go to. I think the ones that advertise for $200 aren't the genuine thing. It is called a 'Professional High Definition' antenna, I think the model number was PHD-1.
