We have a length of corrugated cement fibre asbestos boundary fence and capping that we would like to seal before moving into our new home.
I had originally intended just to paint the fence to encapsulate the risk, but have done a bit of reading and found that it is more appropriate to use a sealer that will penetrate the fibre better and give a more reliable and long term result.
The fence itself is weathered, but not friable yet. Unfortunately I do not have access to the other side of the fence, and have a neighbour there who is convinced that there is no proof that asbestos poses a health risk (but that's another story

So, can anyone recommend a sealant for this job?
Thanks in advance
