Hello No it not ply, they use all solid timber, for example the middle layer and the bottom layer are also solid timber. Price is around $150m2 installed. Re: The New Solid Flooring - Stay Flat Technology 6Mar 25, 2011 11:22 pm The new stay flat solid timber flooring. Is a wider board, with a cross section also made of same timber with the bottom layer also the same timber, so technically solid. The cross section in the middle going across the board is to give it more strength and prevent cupping. This board is pre-finished with 7 coats of klummp finish. Hello Yes you do get the micro bevel edge, but it is the smallest you can get them, also has 7 coats on, where the sanded and finished only as 3 coats.
